Congratulations to Bayside's newest Certified Pet Care Technicians: Debi Streater (Group Supervisor) and Lisa Tyring (Customer Service). Debi and Lisa have learned the "basic principles of animal care, facility management, and customer service" through the Pet Care Services Association Level One training program.
