The Pet Spa

Bayside Bed & Biscuit Pet Spa is available whether or not your pet is boarding. Your pet will appreciate the gentleness by each spa attendant and you will appreciate their skill. Our professionals are all highly-trained and qualified to evaluate every aspect of your pet’s appearance. All spa staff is experienced in both classic and contemporary cuts for all breeds. Your pet will go home relaxed and sporting the latest bandana. The only requirements are that you make appointments in advance and provide us with proof of current vaccinations.

Making an Appointment 
Making an appointment for a bath or complete groom is fairly painless. Our grooming team is available every day of the week excluding Sundays. You may schedule a bath for your pet any day of the week, excluding Sundays. To make an appointment please call 281.334. WOOF (9663) and speak with a customer service representative.

Drop Off / Pick Up 

Drop Off: We ask that your pet be dropped off for their spa treatment between the hours of 8am to 10am. Upon drop off, you will have the chance to speak with the groomer that will be performing the service on your pet. If you are dropping your pet off for a only a bath, a spa technician will greet you and take your pet back to the pet spa for his or her treatment.

 

Pick Up: If you recall when you dropped your pet off you were given an approximation of when your pet would be ready to pick up. A spa technician may have taken your number as well, to give you notice when your pet is ready. Depending on when your pet arrived at the spa is a good indication on the time they will be completed. We operate on a first come, first serve basis, so for an early pick up please be sure to arrive as soon as possible.
